Chin Acne
Acne Around Mouth And Chin Area?

Hi guys, I am 22 and have had mild/moderate acne for a few years now. I also have fairly dry skin. I wash my face twice a day, morning and night, with cetaphil cleanser and put on aveeno moisturizer. I also have alot of fainter red spots from previous acne that stays for months afterwards. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions to solve this problem. I am not trying proactive or acne free or accutane. I am looking more so for over the counter products as my acne is not serious. I tried Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Wash and it tore up my face making it EXTREMELY dry, red and flaky. Any input would be very much appreciated.I drink alot of water, I eat alot of protein and eat pretty healthy, i.e. not alot of greasy, fast food. Usually eat eggs/toast in the morning, turkey afternoon, pasta evening. Along those lines. I try to take a multivitamin as well as Fish Oil tablets.

- Lol, but seriously that could be why it is around the mouth/chin area.I would try just a good moisturizer.
- Maybe you eat too messy?
- I have dry skin too and have noticed that most of the acne medications dry out my skin to the point where they are not doing any good.
