Hello Has Anyone Tried The Magic Chicken Diet?

Hi I am curious about the magic chicken diet. The web site directs you to pay for the info so I am trying to find out some "free" info. If anyone knows anything..or the food you are suppose to eat please give me some insight! Thanks so much!!The web site I just googled..magic chicken diet..I know it's crazy but I recieved a email a while back about it and blew it off..then I just thought of it again today..one lady claims to have lost 160 pounds..fast..I am assuming all you eat is chicken?? Ugh

Really, if you eat a lot of proteins through out the day - it helps you keep your metabolism up (since your body has to work harder to break down protein.) So if you watch your calorie intake, and make sure to have a source of protein with every meal. You should lose weight. It's all about the calories really. I don't believe in any magic diet.
