Should Appalachian State Be Ranked?

I'm not saying they're Top 10, but they just went to the Big House and beat the nation's 5th-ranked team. Even Michigan is still slotted at #33 (in the "others receiving votes" section). Shouldn't the Mountaineers at least be somewhere around, say, 24 or 25?

So people will get that Division 1A and Division 1AA aren't the same thing.
